If you missing an item here are the steps.
- First Check your receipt to make sure all Products were purchased
- Second Please Email Support@star.com and include the following
- Order #
- Item Name
- Mailing Address
- First and Last Name
- Finally, We will be contacting your shortly and providing further instructions within 24 - 48 hours.
If an item is missed we do apologize and will make up for any inconvenience
